The exact scope of services depends on the respective offer.

Access to digital content is intended exclusively for registered users.

• Sharing login credentials with third parties is not permitted.

• Schools or institutions receive individual access or codes depending on the agreement.

• Respect4You reserves the right to block access in cases of misuse.

Coach, licensing, and partner programs only authorize use of the Respect4You system within the agreed scope.

Content, methods, videos, PDFs, concepts, and trademarks may not be copied, sold, or shared without written permission.

Use of the Respect4You brand and the Dance4Respect instrument is only permitted within the framework of the relevant agreement.

All prices are in Euros.

Invoices must be paid within the specified payment period.

Schools and institutions are billed individually according to agreement.

Agreed appointments are binding.

Cancellations or postponements must be communicated in advance.

Respect4You reserves the right to make organizational changes as long as the overall nature of the service remains unchanged.

Participation in workshops and programs is generally at your own responsibility.

Respect4You is only liable for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

No liability is accepted for personal belongings.

Personal data is processed only in accordance with legal data protection regulations.

All content, videos, texts, PDFs, logos, concepts, and materials from Respect4You and Dance4Respect are protected by copyright.

Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

German law applies.

Place of jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is Hildesheim.
