1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, bookings, and participation in dance classes, workshops, trainings, coaching sessions, and performances offered by Dance 4 Respect.
By registering for a class, workshop, or performance, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation at Own Risk
Participation in all dance classes, trainings, workshops, and performances is at the participant’s own risk.
Each participant is responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to take part in the offered activities.
Dance 4 Respect assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or health-related damages that occur during or as a result of participation, unless such damages are caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct by Dance 4 Respect.
3. Limitation of Liability
Dance 4 Respect is not liable for:

Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss

Loss or theft of personal belongings

Damages resulting from improper use of facilities or equipment
Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
4. Booking & Payment
Course fees must be paid prior to the start of the course or as agreed individually.
Participation is only permitted after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Missed Classes by the Participant (No Refund)
If a participant is unable to attend a class or session for personal reasons (e.g. illness, vacation, private appointments, lateness, or no-show), there is no entitlement to a refund of course fees.
Missed classes cannot be refunded.
6. Non-Attendance by the Participant
In case of non-attendance by the participant, there is no right to make up or receive a refund, unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation by Dance 4 Respect
If a class, training session, or appointment is canceled for reasons on the part of Dance 4 Respect (e.g. instructor illness, organizational reasons, force majeure), the affected sessions will be rescheduled.
There is no entitlement to a refund of course fees, provided that a make-up session is offered.
8. Changes to the Schedule
Dance 4 Respect reserves the right to make changes to course times, instructors, or content for organizational reasons, provided that the overall character of the course remains unchanged.
9. Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during classes, workshops, or performances for promotional purposes.
By participating, the participant agrees that such material may be used for marketing and advertising purposes (e.g. website, social media), unless the participant expressly objects.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing courses and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
